Historic Structure Report
Evaluation of a historic building to determine priority of repair and potential for future use. We work with consultants to determine the condition of the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components and provide a complete report. The report includes drawings and a schematic design for proposed future use.

Proforma Study
A proforma report outlining options and associated costs for potential solutions to a stated project goal.

Historic Tax Credits
We will help you with the paperwork required to apply for Historic Tax Credits with Part 2 and Part 3 paperwork. Your building needs to be listed individually on the National and/or State Registers of Historic Places or listed as contributing to a district. We will prepare the paperwork for the tax credit application and work with State and Federal Historic Preservation Officers to ensure the proposed design meets the Secretary of the Interior Standards (historic design requirements). We also work with your contractor(s) throughout construction to ensure the design is built in accordance to plan, or provide amendments to the State and Federal Historic Preservation Officers as required. We assist in completion of the Part 3 paperwork upon completion of your project.

Construction Documents
Product of architectural services to create a design to fulfill your needs within your building, ensuring the design meets requirements for state building code, federal accessibility requirements, local zoning and ordinances. We work with local and state building officials to create documents that can be submitted by the owner or contractor for permitting.

Construction Administration
We work with you and your contractor(s) to ensure the design is built according to plan. When working with existing buildings, there are a lot of unknowns that are uncovered during construction that need to be addressed. We require this service when acting as Supervising Professional (required for projects in Wisconsin), or when helping you obtain historic tax credits.
